Therapy Methods
My purpose is to assist you in the process of self-discovery, gaining clarity about the root causes of your challenges. Together, we will determine the patterns of thought and behaviour that have guided your life so far and we will work on shifting your perspective. We will work out a more constructive approach and solutions and concrete actions that will improve your quality of life. The methodologies I use include Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and/or Life Coaching. The process is always tailored to your specific needs.
